Born October 06, 1957 and taken much too early on March 22,2007, our good friend, confidant, brother, and son will be sorely missed. I speak for friends and family when I say what Bill stood for and believed in will not be forgotten. One of the most positive ways to remember the legacy Bill left behind will be a scholarship program for those in law enforcement, the family of law enforcement, or those recommended by law enforcement who seek a post secondary degree in a law enforcement or related field. I hope to have a panel set up in the near future to vett applications. I will also post quarterly reports on this site regarding donations received and scholarships paid out.
